|The Montvale Free Public
Summer Reading Program 2018
Thank you to all
the boys and girls who participated in our
Summer Reading Program!
It was our most successful one yet.
The Children's Department is so so proud of all of you who read all kinds of books all summer long.
Although we are no longer giving out prizes
and the program has come to an end,
we encourage everyone to pick up their reading journals to show
your teachers when the new school year begins.
They can be picked up at the Children's Desk until September 14th.
All the Summer Reading Challenge Forms that were completed and submitted before August 17th
were already given to the Memorial Elementary School Librarian.
We wish you all a great school year!!!
Summer Reading Program for Readers
Program for students going into 1st through 4th grade.
What is the summer reading challenge/program? It is a way to support students with growing minds to read for fun during the summer months.
We give prizes and incentives to encourage their love of learning and books all year round.
The Montvale Public Library is joining forces with Memorial School to bring you a fun new way to get excited about reading and earn prizes!
Complete the Summer Reading Challenge by reading 10 books from the list.
Earn more prizes by continuing to read and keeping track of the title, author, and number of pages.

they can keep their reading journals to show their teachers come September.
Ask the library staff about registration, suggested reading lists, guidelines and a starting a reading journal.
Registration begins on June 12th.
Voicemail and E-mail registrations are NOT accepted. Please register in person with your library card.
